A little something, something for my dear friend *SpicePrincess!

whom I've been having SO much fun with! :heart: I actually drew this weeks ago but I couldn't post it because I didn't have Stanfords Bio finished but now that it is exactly a lot of art of my ugly bastard. Especially with pretty girls who have poor taste in men.

I dusted off the old traditional media for this one, My Staedtler Non-photo blue pencils that I use for my digital work are in dangerously short supply and since I absolutely refuse to buy the prismas color ones (it feels like drawing with clay) I'm trying to save the ones I have for commissions / designs and other things that absolutely must be done digitally. SO in the mean time expect more traditional art from me! It felt kinda nice to go back to my old way of working, I missed my prismas color markers and my sharpies. It's been awhile so excuse if I'm a tad rusty.

But I am rambling! This is Stanford with Quorra on a date. Nothing says romantic like a stroll though the cemetery at night.

I don't know why, but there is always something cool and dramatic about characters with fangs and claws hooking up (no wonder the whole twilight thing is so popular) Cool to see you busting out the pencils again, the colouring is beautiful, it feels nicely gothic :D

And I know I mention it a lot, but all the characters you draw have such fantastic wardrobes! I really want to steal Stanford's waistcoat, and Quorra's corset... :nod: :heart:

I think it has to do with the whole idea of something dangerous having a sweet side?

I love all the little details in their clothes, and how they match! Standford can really pull off classic style :thumbsup:
I also like how smooth Quorra's skin and dress look... and of course her hair!

It's so nice to see you're still doing traditional art! I love it. :love: The colours, background, attention to detail (which you always had a knack for), and atmosphere are all brilliantly executed. :nod: Quorra is absolutely gorgeous, too! :D They make an interesting pairing, too! It ought to be interesting to see where this goes. Excellent composition!
