Name That Tune

More proof that I'm a lazy mofo. This was gonna be my entry for ~Rally-SFA's chracter design contest

but the contest deadline was in like....May.... so I guess it's safe to say I missed the boat on that one huh? but I finished this up anyways becuase I was really proud of these two. the object of the contest was to make chracters based on a Music Genre and they had to have cool hats. AND SO, Techno Kun and Pop Shi were born... Techno Kun's catchphrase was gonna be "Badical" and Pop Shi's was gonna be a squee noise "Yeeee!" Techno kuns hat is based off those "rainbow monkey" things from kids next door and it's kinda loud becuase lets face it, techno = raver!!! and raver is everything loud colored. Pop shi represents J pop as opposed to western pop and that's like a cuteness overload so shes very pink and very bubbly.

I dunno what I'm gonna do with these two now, I didn't plan for anything outside the contest. but they might make good randoms or background chracters.
